Global oil and gas price update

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, due to the recent sharp increase in global energy prices, we will be introducing a temporary surcharge on all gas orders, effective from 17/03/2026. The temporary surcharge will be:

• £5 per cylinder on all size gas cylinder refills

• 10 pence per litre for bulk orders

As you may be aware, the ongoing conflict in Iran has caused significant disruption to global oil and gas supplies, leading to rapid increases in wholesale energy costs. These increases are being felt across the entire supply chain and are unfortunately outside of our control. We have delayed this decision for the past 17 days while evaluating the situation, and have now made this difficult decision after careful consideration.

We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for the impact this may have on you. Please be assured that this surcharge is not intended as a profit-making measure, but is simply a necessary step to help us manage the increased costs of supplying gas during this period. We will review this on a weekly basis, and as soon as market conditions stabilise and costs return to normal levels, the surcharge will be reviewed and removed.

We remain committed to providing reliable service, fair pricing, and minimising any further disruption to your service. We are here to support you and answer any questions you may have.
